把本子上的紀錄轉換成表格後發現,脂肪重量和其他重量一區分開來就很好辨識,
原來我的脂肪佔了約20公斤喔!
雖然脂肪重量看起來有在下降,但降幅好低,都在幾百克打轉,
有時還會再升回20公斤,真是有夠頑強的脂肪。
一個月都沒什麼太大的變動難免有點小灰心,不過又不是半年都沒變動,
之後還是要加油,把脂肪20公斤再給它減下去啦。
